For access, correction, stopping processing, withdrawing consent or deletion, email info@rudprom.ru. An account or CAPTCHA is not required.
Identify the enquiry, account or service concerned and your request. Do not attach a passport or other documents unnecessarily. If identity or authority verification is needed to protect your data, we will explain the proportionate information required.
To delete your account, state its email address and ask to delete the account. Where possible, write from that address. Account deletion does not automatically erase transaction documents retained on a separate legal basis.
Metrica, UIS and JivoSite can be disabled in service settings. This stops new connections in this browser; previously transmitted data requires separate action with the provider.
The director receives the email and may assign it to a sales employee through a corporate mailbox. The assigned employee monitors execution and replies. Deadlines depend on the request and statutory exceptions.
