In May 2025, Rudprom implemented a project in the Vladimir region to launch a conveyor equipment complex for transporting sand and gravel mix from the extraction site to the processing plant – without intermediate loading into trucks.
The core of the solution was a main conveyor paired with a system of pivoting belt feeders and mobile conveyors. The design, developed in-house by Rudprom, allows for the rapid relocation of the line following the work front up to 100 meters as the excavator progresses.
The key advantage of the project is the elimination of truck transportation in the material delivery section to the processing plant. This reduces operating costs, decreases equipment wear, enhances safety, and makes the production process more predictable and manageable.
The Rudprom team, in collaboration with the client, developed a comprehensive solution that enabled the establishment of a continuous and flexible material transportation system from the extraction site to processing. The main conveyor line became its key element. The solution has already proven its effectiveness in practice, and market interest is confirmed by new orders for similar lines with a total length of up to 1.5 km.
This project demonstrates how engineering technology development and the team's experience can enhance the efficiency of extraction and logistics without complicating production processes.
