In November 2025, Rudprom completed the launch of a new crushing and screening complex for processing sand and gravel in the Vladimir region. The project is optimized and designed for stable and long-term operation in production.
The complex includes two technological lines that can operate both together and independently of each other. The first line is equipped with a vibrating feeder developed by Rudprom – a solution that ensures stable and uniform material feeding. Its creation was driven by a specific production task – to provide a consistent material supply to the SMD-110 crusher from a receiving hopper designed for unloading 25–30-cubic BelAZ trucks.
The feeder is designed to withstand intensive loads: the structure prevents material spillage, is equipped with Italian-made OLI electromechanical vibrators, features low energy consumption, and is easy to maintain. The ability to adjust vibration parameters allows for the adaptation of equipment operation to various raw material characteristics and ensures uniform loading of the crusher.
The proposed configuration makes the customer's production flexible: during the winter period, the equipment operates without washing, while in the warm season, a line for washing fine fraction gravel and sand is connected. This allows for the production of products with improved characteristics.
As a result, the customer receives washed sand and gravel without dust-like inclusions, which are in high demand in the market. The products are consistently shipped to Moscow and neighboring regions, confirming high demand and quality results.
The project was implemented comprehensively – from engineering development to equipment supply and commissioning. It is important for us that each solution is reliable and economically efficient for the partner.
