In August 2026, Rudprom completed a project for ZRK Omchak JSC in the Baleysky District of the Zabaykalsky Krai. The partner required a solution for sorting ore by various size classes.
Considering the site conditions, Rudprom engineers proposed a semi-mobile loading and screening unit UZS-42T on skids. This design eliminates the need for pouring concrete foundations: the equipment is installed on road slabs and can be relocated between quarries if necessary.
The unit includes a plate feeder PP 2-1,2-40, an inertial vibrating screen GIT-42K, and a belt conveyor system. This solution enables material loading, sorting into required size classes, and subsequent transport along the processing line.
Our scope was not limited to designing the solution and manufacturing the unit. Rudprom also organized logistics and performed supervision of installation and commissioning works. The entire project—from task analysis to equipment startup—was executed by our team.
