Technical Outsourcing

The company "RUDPROM" is a Russian company that provides solutions for designing, developing crushing and further beneficiation technologies, placing equipment at the production site (2D, 3D visualization), equipment supply, installation and commissioning, personnel training, as well as technical outsourcing of the supplied equipment and assistance in management and maintenance of both the crushing and screening complex and the entire enterprise as a whole.

We provide the following range of services within technical outsourcing and enterprise management (long-term service maintenance at the customer's enterprise):

• Consultations with owners, and technical specialists of the customer on necessary work and permitting documents. Organization of the roadmap for the quarry construction.
• Calculation and organization of stripping work (selection of contractors).
• Calculation and organization of the production site, placement of equipment on it, organization of in-pit logistics (traffic management, warehouse locations, etc.).
• Administrative management and coordination of actions between all enterprise services responsible for the operation of the crushing and screening complex.
• Management and conduct of equipment maintenance, keeping service logs.
• Organization and conduct of preventive maintenance (scheduled preventive repair), keeping repair logs.
• Organization and conduct of major equipment repairs.
• Continuous presence of qualified and certified RUDPROM personnel at the customer's site throughout the work period.
• Development of technical and organizational solutions to reduce equipment downtime during repairs and increase inter-repair intervals. This helps avoid accidents and forced equipment downtime.
• Organization of a consignment warehouse for spare parts and components. Working with suppliers of spare parts and components for all equipment involved in the production process (dump trucks, loaders, excavators).
• Safety briefing and organization of strict compliance with safety regulations at the enterprise. Keeping the work sites in accordance with safety rules;

Under a service contract with "RUDPROM," the customer receives a comprehensive maintenance service that increases equipment reliability and maintains a high OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) of 80% or higher. For our clients, this means uninterrupted operation of equipment under load, and hence, uninterrupted production and sale of finished products.
