Rudprom offers the semi-mobile primary sorting installation "Bogatyr."
The "Bogatyr" unit is designed for quarries, construction sites, and demolition areas. It is specifically engineered for high performance under heavy load. The installation cleans even the most contaminated materials. "Bogatyr" sorts sand-gravel-cobble mixtures, limestone, coal, granite, dolomite, and construction waste into two or three fractions.
"Bogatyr" is mounted on a skid frame, does not require a foundation, and can be shifted from transport to working position by two workers and one crane. It is simpler and cheaper to maintain than foreign counterparts.
The unit is loaded by an excavator or a special feeding conveyor, which becomes the first link in the technological chain in this case.
