The semi-mobile loading and crushing unit "PREMIER" is designed for efficient sorting and cleaning of the primary incoming rock mass and its further crushing. Thanks to the use of a roller grizzly feeder in primary sorting, the PREMIER unit features high productivity compared to other units. The design of the unit allows it to be transferred into working or transport position within a short time, using only one crane unit and two maintenance personnel.

The complex includes:

• Two-tier roller grizzly feeder;
• Crusher of any type (jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher);
• Single assembly conveyor.
