Thanks to the “DINAFLOW” system combined with the impact crusher with horizontal shaft, the inertia generated by its movement is used to produce electricity, thus reducing energy consumption.
Maximum engine productivity is ensured by the built-in frequency converter, while maintaining an ideal granulometric curve.
Complete movement is achieved without the need for transport vehicles and/or special devices.
The system is equipped with a pre-screening system before the crusher to optimize the chamber and significantly reduce wear by removing fine particles. A bypass system is also available for using fractions if suitable.

Safety and protection systems comply with European standards. ARJA crushers have an end switch installed on the access door to the chamber, which shuts off the power to the engine. Additionally, the bolt allowing the door to open is designed to lock the rotor to avoid accidental capture.
