Centrifugal Crushers

In a centrifugal crusher, the material to be crushed is fed from above into the central inlet of the accelerator. The accelerator is a cylindrical hollow structure with radial partitions that rotate around a vertical axis. Centrifugal force drives the material along the partitions until it is ejected into the crushing chamber.

The higher the rotation frequency and the larger the diameter of the accelerator, the greater the material speed in the crushing chamber. Stones hit the impact element wall, bounce off, and collide with other stones ejected from the accelerator, resulting in multiple fractures.

The ЦУД crusher processes up to 130 tons per hour of material of any hardness.

The centrifugal crusher is designed for crushing any type of rock: igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic, regardless of hardness or strength.
