In the fall of 2021, one of the largest road enterprises in the Samara region approached us with the task of developing a technology and installing a turnkey crushing and sorting complex, which will produce Euro-fractions of crushed granite with a fraction of 20-90 mm.
We solved it using equipment from manufacturers in Russia and Spain. In addition to developing the technology, Rudprom was responsible for supplying the equipment, installation, electrical work, commissioning, and bringing the complex to the declared productivity and quality of the finished product.
Rudprom is the Russian representative of the Spanish manufacturer ARJA. In this project, we used the Piscic-1400 E rotary crusher. With its help, it became possible to obtain narrow fractions of up to 32 mm from the original granite fraction of 20-90 mm without using a closed crushing cycle.
Until now, the client had only operated imported equipment. However, we offered an 'international' complex, including Russian manufacturers, including the DSK control system made on controllers with the use of a convenient touch screen functionality.
The crushing complex was launched in early 2022, which, given the increased demand and prices for first-group crushed stone, will allow the customer to recoup the investment during the season.
