In 2021, Rudprom installed and launched a crushing and sorting complex near Yekaterinburg. Due to the increased demand for crushed stone in the Sverdlovsk region, at the beginning of 2022, the customer set the task of increasing the productivity of the production line.
As a result, a solution was agreed to install an additional unit at the second stage of crushing with a jaw crusher. According to an individual project, we made a frame for a crusher pair, new unloading and loading hoppers, carried out dismantling and installation work, and integrated an additional unit into the existing control system of the complex. The result of our cooperation was minimal costs for the customer in terms of both money and time, and a 35% increase in line productivity.
