Wet Separation Complex for Sand and Gravel Mix

In July 2021, installation and commissioning of the wet separation complex in the Vladimir region were completed.

Task: wet separation of sand and gravel mix 0-20 mm (up to 100 mm). Removal of clay from the finished product, obtaining washed sand with a fineness modulus of 2.5 mm, as well as washed gravel fractions of 3-8 mm, 8-20 mm, +20 mm. Capacity — up to 320 tons/hour.

At the customer site, the following were installed:

• feeder with 30 m³ hopper
• inertia screens with a three-tier washing system, where the washing and screen fastening system is similar to imported equipment
• bucket wheels for separating the large sand fraction
• units with hydrocyclones and dewatering screens
• conveyor equipment
