Near the town of Valday in the Novgorod region, our customer has a quarry for extracting sand and gravel-boulder mix. The material size is 20-250 mm, with a strength of up to 1200. We offered the customer a contract crushing service. This is an effective solution to production tasks using modern equipment without the need to purchase it. After preliminary sorting with a mobile unit, the gravel from the quarry is delivered to our contract crushing complex, where the process of crushing and sorting the material takes place.
For even and adjustable material feed, a vibrating feeder is used. After that, the material passes through a dewatering screen and enters the Arja Tauro rotary crusher, specially designed for working with hard rocks. With the help of a hydraulic drive, the gaps on the crusher can be adjusted, and the fraction of crushed stone to be produced at the moment can be selected. Then the material passes through a three-deck inertial screen, and at the output, we get 4 products: crushed cubical stone of fractions 5-20, 20-40, and 40-70, as well as crusher dust.
