On February 6, our company participated in the dealer conference held annually by the DROBMASH plant. Based on the results of 2013, Rudprom received an award in the category “For Best Financial Situation” and was recognized as one of the best dealers of the year.
The conference gathered representatives from almost all regions of Russia at the venues provided by the DROBMASH plant. Specialists from the Baltic States, Belarus, and Ukraine also participated in the conference. Anatoly Konstantinov, General Director of DROBMASH, summed up the company’s performance in 2013 in his speech. Business Development Director Dmitry Fadin spoke about recent changes in production and the company’s development prospects. DROBMASH Sales Director A. Skalov gave a presentation on the 2013 results and plans for 2014, including promising areas of mobile technology, the development of the service department, and the quality department. During roundtable discussions, conference organizers paid special attention to dealer policy issues. Commercial Director of LLC DROBMASH S. Abakumov introduced participants to the report “Presentation of Approaches to Working with Dealers and Official Representatives.” A. Skalov provided a report on “Improving Dealer Policy. Signing the Dealer Agreement.” Dealer policy is one of the important economic strategies of LLC DROBMASH. It is therefore gratifying for our organization that based on the results of 2013, Rudprom received an award from DROBMASH in the category “For Best Financial Situation” and was recognized as one of the best dealers of the year.
The final roundtable of the conference was dedicated to production and marketing issues. Discussions covered the deadlines for reviewing and completing orders, the quality and timelines of work, the issue of spare parts supply. Proposals for increasing sales, discount system issues, and the work of the service department were also discussed.
