In the second quarter of 2017, RudProm-SMT Company supplied a new crushing and sorting complex produced by "KANMASH DSO" - a technological line for the production of cuboid crushed stone to the Novosibirsk region.
A semi-mobile crushing and sorting plant on a single frame with a DC-1.6 centrifugal crusher, GIS screen, and conveyor system, including stacker conveyors for loading crushed stone into railway cars (stacker conveyors can also be used for loading automotive vehicles and other transport means).
The crushing and sorting complex is designed to produce high-quality cuboid crushed stone 5-20 mm from igneous rocks. In fact, after the launch, testing, and trials, results of 6-7% flakiness of crushed stone fraction 5-20 were achieved on this technological line. The conveyors used lined drums, paired with economical electric motors, reinforced rollers, and a chevron conveyor belt. The crushing and sorting complex is designed as a semi-mobile unit and can be "easily" relocated to perform tasks at another quarry.
