In the second half of 2017, the engineering and technology center of Rudprom supplied a technological line produced by "KANMASH DSO" for processing sand and gravel mix (SGM) to the Vladimir region. The capacity of the crushing and screening complex is 150m3/hour. (based on input rock mass).
The line includes a feeder, crushers, screens, classifiers, and conveyors.
Our specialists coordinated with the customer the optimal placement of the units at the production site (using the CAD software suite SolidWorks for the automation of industrial enterprise operations at the stages of design and technological preparation).
As a result, the technological line for SGM processing operates smoothly and performs the following tasks:
- feeding rock mass
- sorting
- crushing
- enrichment
- washing
At the end of the production cycle, the finished product is:
- washed natural sand + washed crushed sand
- washed natural gravel 5*20mm
- washed crushed stone 5-20mm
- possible to obtain crushed stone fraction 20*40 mm
