In agreement with the client, a cross-functional team from our company — consisting of a design engineer, an installation engineer, and a sales specialist — visited the client to assess the possibility of replacing equipment at the operating quarry. The necessary measurements were taken, shortcomings in the operation of the existing equipment were discussed, as well as the timelines for developing drawings and delivering the new equipment.
Our design department is preparing an overall dimensional sketch, after the approval of which we will proceed with the manufacture of a vibrating feeder according to custom drawings. The client will receive a new element of the processing line with a minimal production downtime. Dismantling, installation, and commissioning will be carried out by our installation team. The quarry’s functionality will be preserved.
